GIG (Global Industrials Group)team provides investment banking support services and assistance to onshore teams across the globe including the major IB centers in the US, UK, Hong Kong, Germany, Singapore, China, Australia, Switzerland, and Canada. We support a wide range of projects and work scopes from company comparable analysis, company profiles, and pitch book creations to discounted cash flow analysis, financial modeling, and football field analysis. It is one of the largest teams within the organization and comprises an array of industrial sub-sectors.
The team structure is aligned with the typical setup of Investment banking sub-sector specialization for the GIG vertical, ensuring continuity and efficiency across the projects. We also have high integration levels with the onshore teams enabling us to provide support with a high level of collaboration and quality. We have a team of highly experienced professionals with intense experience across various investment banking services including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, equity and debt financings, and financial restructurings.
