The Global Industrials Group (GIG) at VKS provides comprehensive investment banking support to onshore teams across major financial hubs, including the US, UK, Hong Kong, Germany, India, Singapore, China, Australia, Switzerland, and Canada. Our team assists global investment banks with a broad spectrum of financial services, ranging from company comparable analysis, company profiles, and pitchbook creation to discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, financial modeling, and football field analysis.
As one of the largest verticals within the company, GIG is structured across four key industry segments: Industrial Tech, Mobility Tech, Infrastructure, and Energy Transition & Chemicals. In addition to standard investment banking workstreams, we specialize in highly technical sub-sector deliverables, including asset modeling, asset profiling, commodity and industry overviews, and more.
The team structure is aligned with the typical setup of Investment banking sub-sector specialization for the GIG verticals, ensuring continuity and efficiency across the projects. We also have high integration levels with the onshore client teams, enabling us to provide support with a high level of collaboration and quality. Our team comprises experienced professionals with expertise across mergers & acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, IPOs, equity and debt financings, and financial restructurings.
